Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement of a moving body movement route provided from a route information supplying device, from a desired position on a road map in a navigation system and a navigation device. SOLUTION: A service center converts the searched vehicle traveling route into the route position data indicating a position on the road map on the basis of the road map information stored in a self data base, and the road peculiar information indicating the road of the route, and transmits and supplies the same to the navigation device. The navigation device detects a position of the route on the road map on the basis of the road map information stored in the self-data base on the basis of the route position data supplied by the service center, and detects a desired position on points forming the route on the basis of the road peculiar information. The difference between both positions is calculated, corrects the position of the total route on the basis of the route position data by the mount of difference, and displays the same on a display image plane of a display guide unit.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress execution of route guide caused by a guide spot just after a route guided by a navigation device is switched between a route presented by a route information presentation device and a route searched by the navigation device, concerning a navigation system and the navigation device. SOLUTION: When network connection can be executed with a service center in the state where the remaining route distance X of route data stored in a memory becomes short, this navigation device acquires a route to a destination to be traveled by a vehicle, searched, transmitted and presented by the service center. On the other hand, when the network connection can not be executed with the service center, the device searches the route to the destination for itself. When the state where the network connection can be executed with the service center is changed to the state where the network connection can not be executed, the route guided by a display/guide unit is switched to the route searched by the navigation device at the point of time when the vehicle 50 reaches a separated spot separated as long as a prescribed distance or more from a guided spot on the route presented by the service center.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide possibility sufficient sink of damping force for an input vibration, which has larger velocity in the compression direction, by furnishing a means to quicken the mass body speed to open a bypass relative to its shutting speed when a relative displacement is generated between the mass body and a partitioning member. CONSTITUTION:When impact is applied from a road surface, a liquid pressure damper shrinks. If the shock is large, a partitioning member 12 in a single piece with a cylinder 62 accelerates upward abruptly and moves, producing a relative movement with the partitioning member 12 because the mass body 14 remains at a standstill. The mass body 14 moves downward in accordance wit this amount of motion so as to open a bypass 22. In a liquid passage in the initial stage of shrinkage of this liquid pressure damper a large damping force is generated in normal initial stage because the flow area of an orifice 20 as a damping force generating means is small. Because the bypass 22 is opened according to this impact force, the passage for the liquid will become two systems leading to a port 26 from the bypass 22 and the 20. Accordingly enlarging the flow area of the bypass 22 will remarkably reduce the damping force due to the liquid flowing through the orifice 20.
