Abstract:
The liquid container includes a body for having a tank portion housing a liquid, and having a supply port on a tip end side, a piston for moving forward inside the tank portion, a piston rod connected with the piston and extending rearward, a manipulating cylinder rotatably mounted to a rear portion of the body, and a rotation stopping cylinder unrotatably disposed in a rear inner portion of the body. A conversion mechanism for converting relative rotation between the manipulating cylinder and the body into movement of the piston rod in an axial direction with respect to the body is provided between the manipulating cylinder and the rotation stopping cylinder, and a rotating direction restricting mechanism for restricting the rotating direction of the manipulating cylinder and the body to one direction is provided. The manipulating cylinder and the rotation stopping cylinder are integrally connected by fitting the annular raised portion formed on the rotation stopping cylinder into the annular recessed portion formed on the manipulating cylinder.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dispenser of an applicator which is of such a construction that a fluid can smoothly run through a cylindrical member and can be securely pressurized during discharge operation, and also, can be easily discharged even in case the smooth discharge of the fluid is difficult, and further, can guarantee easy operation by the user for a long time, even in case the fluid is of high viscosity. SOLUTION: When the dispenser is closed, the periphery of a base 16c of a bar part 16b is tightly fitted to the inner circumferential surface of a part 28 on the forward side of a hollow cylindrical member 12, and after the dispenser is opened, the pressure of a pressurizing end 16a is eased. Further, when the fluid is pressurized before the fluid dispenser is closed, a plunger part 32 is introduced onto a cylinder surface 24 and the fluid received into a space between the inner surface of the hollow cylindrical member 12 and the outer surface of a valvular member 18 on the forward side of a stepped part 34 of the valvular member 18, is pressurized. Consequently, the fluid runs out of a discharge nozzle 10 where the periphery of the base 16c of the valvular member 18 is open from the inner circumferential surface of the part 28 on the forward side of the hollow cylindrical member 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a nib among parts which constitute a writing utensil, with a synthetic resin material employing engineering plastic.SOLUTION: An ink supply wick 39 includes a wick cover 49. An outer shape of a wick cover 49 is determined such that it is attached to an outer periphery of the ink supply wick 39 between the nib 1 and the ink supply wick 39 and is made to closely adhere to an inner periphery of the nib 1 at least at the tip of the nib 1. A space between the nib 1 and the ink supply wick 39 is filled with the wick cover 49. The nib is made of the synthetic resin material employing the engineering plastic. Therefore, the nib wear resistance and duration of the nib or the writing utensil can be extended.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O emulsion ink composition for a writing utensil, the composition having good dispersibility of an aqueous component in an oil component even when a fluorescent colorant is used, exhibiting excellent emulsification stability of an emulsion and giving superior feeling of writing. SOLUTION: The W/O-type emulsion ink composition for a writing utensil includes an aqueous component dispersed in an oil component, wherein the oil component contains a fluorescent colorant and the aqueous component contains a fluorescent whitener and water. Abstract:
A side knock type feeding mechanism for feeding an object to be fed inside a body by side knock is provided. A front barrel which houses an object to be fed and is capable of feeding the object to be fed from a tip end opening, a knock button provided on a side portion of the front barrel so as to project and retract with respect to the front barrel, a rotary member which is inside the front barrel, rotates in a predetermined direction by knock of the knock button as a result that the knock button works, and rotates in an opposite direction by releasing the knock, a piston for feeding out the object to be fed, and a conversion mechanism for converting the rotation of the rotary member into a forward traveling motion of the piston in an axial direction inside the front barrel.
