PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle valve with excellent minute flow control characteristics, and an O-ring used in the needle valve.SOLUTION: The needle valve includes a valve seat having an inclined surface, which is provided in a valve chamber inside a valve element having an inlet and an outlet, and performs flow rate control by a needle approaching to and separating from the valve seat. The needle includes the O-ring approaching to and separating from the inclined surface. The O-ring is formed of a carbon fiber composite material including carbon nanofibers in an elastomer. The collapse rate of the O-ring can be set to 11% or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial deodorant that exhibits an excellent antibacterial action using a comparatively readily available material.SOLUTION: The antibacterial deodorant comprises benzalkonium chloride, an amino acid, surfactants and disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate incorporated into water together with an alkali and has its pH adjusted to 6-7.5. As the surfactants, an ampholytic surfactant such as laurylaminodipropionic acid or the like and a nonionic surfactant such as propylene glycol or the like are formulated therein. As the alkali, alkaline ionized water is used.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle valve superior in extremely low flow rate controlling characteristics.SOLUTION: The needle valve includes a valve seat having an inclined surface disposed in a valve chamber within a valve body having an inflow port and an outflow port, and controls the flow rate by a needle separating from/approaching the valve seat. The needle has an O-ring separating from/approaching the inclined surface. The O-ring is made of a carbon fiber composite material containing carbon nanofiber in an elastomer. Thus, a crushing rate of the-ring can be set to 11% or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for protecting a dead body by which putrefaction of the dead body can surely be prevented, and to provide a dead body protecting agent.SOLUTION: An antibacterial deodorant containing a cationic surfactant, an ampholytic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, and an extract essence from grains is injected from a mouth, a nose, ears, or the anus of the dead body into the body by using an injector such as a syringe. Thereby, various germs in the body can effectively be killed. As a result, since the putrefaction of internal organs caused by the various germs can effectively be suppressed, the putrefaction of the dead body can surely be prevented.
