PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sediment material incorporation rate determining software program for designing a soil ground surface layer, allowing quick low-cost presentation of a highly reliable design specification to a customer by promptly reflecting test data having bases of design. SOLUTION: The software program 1 comprises a database module for accumulating the records of predetermined test data items as test data files, an extraction result display module for displaying the requested record out of the test data files on a display means, an individual property display module for displaying property data relative to sediment materials on the display means, a combined property display module for displaying a combined grain size and a combined water permeability coefficient, a file storage module for promoting the storage of a combined property display result, a printer output module for allowing a printer to output, and a menu control module for promoting transition to each module. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastic paving method and an elastic pavement structure for a ground or trucks in a low cost and adaptable to the international regulation reference. SOLUTION: An elastic durable layer 2 with a flat surface is formed on a lower base 1 for pavement of the track of game hall, ground, running course for jogging, pedestrian mall, an elastic finishing material made of at least synthetic resin is applied on the elastic durable layer 2, an embossed surface layer with irregularities on the surface is formed. In this elastic pavement method, the embossed surface layer is preferably formed by at least two times of granular spraying of an elastic finishing material, after the proximate sprayed embossing layers 3 has cured, embossing layers 4 are spraied in sequence. By adjustment such as increase of the spraying pressure and/or reduction of the scattering volume or the like for instance, the embossing surface layer is formed so that the average height of unevenness in the sequential spraying embossed layer 4 forms 30-80% of an unevenness average height as compared with the proximate layer 3. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pavement method for largely reducing cost by enhancing utilization efficiency of an elastic chip material of a waste material (removed urethane pavement or a waste tire). SOLUTION: This method elastically paves a stadium, a ground, a traveling road or a walking road. First of all, a curing resin material applying layer 14 of only a curing resin material is laid and leveled in the prescribed thickness smaller than the thickness of the whole pavement on a paving surface 11. The elastic chip material 13 is a little excessively sprayed and laid-leveled before curing the curing resin material applying layer 14, and an unstuck excess elastic chip material is recovered by a recovering machine except for the elastic chip material embedded and stuck in the curing resin material applying layer 14. A series of this paving process is repeated on a surface of the curing resin material and an elastic chip-containing layer 15, and is repeated in this way up to becoming the thickness of the whole pavement. This spraying type elastic pavement can enhance a mixing rate of the elastic chip material 13 more than a conventional kneading type by a mixer, and can improve utilization efficiency of the waste material. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection, removal, maintenance and inspection of cables and facilitate keeping the inside of a hand hole dry. SOLUTION: Connector boxes 11 in which various cables for signal transmission, communication and power supply are connected are housed in hand holes 10 which are distributed at a plurality of predetermined positions in a sport stadium field. Each connector box 11 is supported on the wall of each hand hole 10 with movable mechanisms 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 to be movable between a non-used housed state and an opened cable connection operation state. Respective hand holes 10 are connected to a pump pit via exclusive drain passages and are drained forcibly by a pump in the pump pit. COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
