    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pavement method for largely reducing cost by enhancing utilization efficiency of an elastic chip material of a waste material (removed urethane pavement or a waste tire).
    SOLUTION: This method elastically paves a stadium, a ground, a traveling road or a walking road. First of all, a curing resin material applying layer 14 of only a curing resin material is laid and leveled in the prescribed thickness smaller than the thickness of the whole pavement on a paving surface 11. The elastic chip material 13 is a little excessively sprayed and laid-leveled before curing the curing resin material applying layer 14, and an unstuck excess elastic chip material is recovered by a recovering machine except for the elastic chip material embedded and stuck in the curing resin material applying layer 14. A series of this paving process is repeated on a surface of the curing resin material and an elastic chip-containing layer 15, and is repeated in this way up to becoming the thickness of the whole pavement. This spraying type elastic pavement can enhance a mixing rate of the elastic chip material 13 more than a conventional kneading type by a mixer, and can improve utilization efficiency of the waste material.
