Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive self-adhesive sheet which can easily adhere a heat-generating member to a heat-releasing member with sufficient adhesive force.SOLUTION: The heat-conductive adhesive sheet having a self-adhesive layer prepared by forming a heat-conductive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer component into a sheet-like shape is characterized in that the self-adhesive force on 180° peeling is ≥1 N/20 mm, and the thermal contact resistance is ≤0.6 cmK/W, when the heat-conductive self-adhesive sheet is press-bonded to an adherend at pressure of 200 kPa.
