Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control unit to be mounted on a vehicle, for controlling motor generators on the basis of power of a battery, while achieving proper switching control in consideration of the temperature of the battery.SOLUTION: A power control unit includes an inductive circuit having a reactor 14 and a bypass switch 16; a switching circuit 18 that switches current flowing from a battery 10 to the inductive circuit and outputs voltage on the basis of output voltage of the battery 10 and voltage across current input/output ends of the inductive circuit; and first and second inverters 22 and 26 for controlling first and second motor generators 24 and 28, respectively, on the basis of the output voltage of the switching circuit 18. The bypass switch 16 operates according to the temperature of the battery 10.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine abnormality of each phase current sensor without providing a phase current sensor for monitoring which corresponds to each of a plurality of phase current sensors detecting any one of phase currents of a three-phase AC motor. SOLUTION: A drive control system includes two inverters, two AC motors, four phase current sensors for detecting each phase current of AC motors, a DC current sensor for detecting a total value of DC currents flowing the inverters at a single point, and a control unit. The control unit identifies a phase current component contained in the DC current flowing each inverter based on the switching state of each inverter, and calculates the total value of identified phase current components based on the detection value of the phase current sensor, which is taken as a DC current calculation value. When the calculation value of DC current does not agree with the detection value of the DC current sensor, the control unit determines abnormality with at least any one of current sensors which have detected phase current value used for calculating DC current. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of improving the quiet performance of a motor, and a vehicle equipped therewith. SOLUTION: A current command generator 102 generates a d-axis current command Id* and a q-axis current command Iq* on the basis of a torque command TR of an AC motor M1, using a map in which a current command (low noise current command) capable of reducing noise (vibration and noise) generated in the AC motor M1 is determined in advance at each torque of the AC motor M1. Then, a signal PWI for driving an inverter 20 is generated on the basis of the generated d-axis current command Id* and the q-axis current command Iq*. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load drive device and an electric vehicle therewith capable of stabilizing motor control at the time of gear shift in the electric vehicle which includes a transmission in an output shaft of a motor, and a step-up converter. SOLUTION: If an ECU 30 receives a shift signal TS of an H level from the transmission TM, executes torque reduction control for reducing a torque command value TR of a motor generator MG. The ECU 30 sets an optimum value (a target value) of a voltage VM on the basis of the torque command value TR and a motor rotational speed MRN to control the step-up converter 10. Here, the ECU 30 controls the step-up converter 10 so that the voltage VM may become constant irrelevant to the lowering of the torque command value TR caused by the torque reduction control during the gear shift of the transmission TM.
