    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lipolysis promoter of natural origin with high safety by including soybean or soybean extract as active ingredient to promote the degradation of fat cells accumulated in vivo and suppress, prevent and improve obesity. SOLUTION: This lipolysis promoter contains soybean or soybean extract (pref. a soybean-derived isoflavone, i.e., daidzein or daidzin) as active ingredient. The above soybean extract is obtained by subjecting soybean to extraction with water or an organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, butanol, ethyl acetate or acetone, or mixed solvent thereof, followed by, as necessary, defatting with e.g. diethyl ether, and then by subjecting the component thus afforded to concentration, purification, sterilization, drying and the like, as appropriate.
