    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platelet aggregation inhibitor taking Aggrus as a target and having 3-phenoxychromone compound as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition containing such platelet aggregation inhibitor, used for inhibiting platelet aggregation and for the prevention and/or treatment of cancerous tumor.SOLUTION: By screening low molecular weight compounds inhibiting the Aggrus-dependent platelet aggregation and also bonding with the Aggrus and inhibiting the interaction with CLEC-2, the 3-phenoxychromone compounds, especially a 3-phenoxychromone compound having carboxyalkyleneoxy group at the 7 position is found to have an excellent behavior. Also provided are the platelet aggregation inhibitor containing the compound as the active ingredient and the pharmaceutical composition containing such platelet aggregation inhibitor, used for inhibiting the platelet aggregation and for the prevention and/or treatment of the cancerous tumor.
