    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a feed additive in which the environment of enteric bacteria of livestock, the quality of livestock produces and the environment of the enteric bacteria are improved, and resistant bacteria is suppressed, that is, arranging healthy enteric environment, making the manure healthy, suppressing the pathogenic bacteria, suppressing malodors and stress, improving the quality of the livestock products, improving the livestock productivity, etc., are achieved and a cost of farm household management is reduced. SOLUTION: An antioxidant substance and a live bacterial preparation are added to a higher organic substance and the resultant mixture is then placed in a container under hermetically closed ventilating environment and fermented at 25-37 deg.C temperature.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance antioxidizing activity of aminocarbonyl compounds by inoculating a composition containing the aminocarbonyl compounds with a lactic acid facteria and culturing the resultant. SOLUTION: At least 3 wt.%, preferably 10-20 wt.% of amino compounds of a protein, an amino acid or the like are reacted with at least 2 wt.%, preferably 5-15 wt.% of reducing sugar or the like at a temperature of 100-121 deg.C for 7-90 min to prepare aminocarbonyl compounds of L-value 65-85. A lactic acid facteria of leuconostoc lactics, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies, bulgaricus or the like is inoculated on a composition containing the aminocarbonyl compounds and the resultant is cultured in the pH up to 4. Thus, antioxidizing activity of aminocarbonyl compounds can be enhanced without being required severe heat conditions.

    摘要: PURPOSE: To produce a fermented liquid containing lactic acid rich in nutrients, low in rice bran odor and having good taste by using rice bran and/or brown rice flour as a raw material. CONSTITUTION: A treated liquid prepared by adding water to rice bran and/or brown rice flour and extracting nutrients therefrom is inoculated with lactobacillus and the resultant fermented liquid is brought into contact with a gas body or treated with ultrasonic wave or the fermented liquid is irradiated with radiation. Thereby, deodorizing treatment is carried out to produce the objective fermented liquid containing lactic acid. The treated liquid from rice bran and/or brown rice flour is preferably prepared by adding, e.g. water to rice bran and/or brown rice flour, adding liquefaction type amylase thereto followed by heating to previously liquefy the starch component, adding a cellulase, a cellulase, a protease and a saccharification type amylase to the treated liquid to carry out enzymatic treatment and removing the oil and fat part from the treated liquid by centrifugal separation or filtration.

    摘要: PURPOSE: To obtain an activator for a glutathione peroxidase having effects on effective scavenging of hydrogen peroxide in the living body. CONSTITUTION: This glutathione peroxidase activator is obtained by using a culture supernatant of Bifidobacterium longum or Lactobacillus acidophilus as an active ingredient thereof. Since the glutathione peroxidase activator has effects on removal of hydrogen peroxide in the living body, preventing effects on the production and accumulation of peroxylipids considered as a causative substance for senescence, tumor, circulatory diseases, various hepatopathies, etc., can be expected. Furthermore, synergistic effects can be expected due to the activation of catalase and superoxide dismutase having similar effects, on the removal of the hydrogen peroxide.
