Disclosed is a microporous polyethylene film for a battery separator and a method of producing the same. The microporous polyethylene film comprises a resin mixture, which includes 100 parts by weight of composition containing 20-50 wt % polyethylene with a weight average molecular weight of 5x104-3x105 (component I) and 80-50 wt % diluent (component II), 0.1-2 parts by weight of peroxide (component III), and 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of anti-oxidant (component IV). The microporous polyethylene film has a puncture strength of 0.22 N/mum or more and a gas permeability (Darcy's permeability constant) of 1.3x10-5 Darcy or more. The present invention increases production efficiency of the microporous film, and improves performances and stability of the battery when the microporous polyethylene film is used in a battery separator.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinylidene fluoride family resin porosity water treatment membrane (a) little in membrane contamination during filtration (high flux retention rate), (b) maintaining its low stain resistance after repeated washing with a chemical (high tolerance to chemical-washing); and (c) having a favorable mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A low stain resistance porosity water treatment membrane is a porous membrane made of a vinylidene fluoride-based resin wherein the outer surface is selectively hydrophilized. The invention relates to a proton conducting polymer membrane based on polyvinylsulphonic acid obtained by a method comprising the following steps: A) mixing a polymer with sulphonic acid containing vinyl, B) forming a flat structure by using the inventive mixture from step A) on a support, C) polymerisation of the vinylsulphonic acid present in the flat structure according to step B). The inventive membrane can be applied in a varied manner on account of the excellent chemical and thermal properties thereof and is particularly suitable for use as a polymer-electrolyte-membrane (PEM) in PEM-fuel cells.

본 발명은 H 2 O 안정성을 가지는 물의 선택적 분리를 위한 반응-분리 하이브리드 시스템용 고온 고분자 분리막 및 이를 이용한 반응-분리 하이브리드 시스템에 관한 것으로, 폴리[4,4'-(헥사플루오로이소프로필리덴)디프탈산 무수물-2,2-비스(3-아미노-4-히드록시페닐)-헥사플루오로프로판-4,4'-디아미노-3,3'-디하이드록시벤지딘] (폴리[6FDA-BisAPAF-HAB]) 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 고분자 분리막은 고온에서도 안정하며, 수분열화 현상이 없어 고온에서 반응 부산물인 물을 생성과 동시에 선택적 분리를 위한 반응-분리 하이브리드 시스템용 고온 고분자 분리막으로 사용될 수 있다.
