Abstract:
To prevent a situation that communication operation becomes unstable resulting from erroneous detection of a PDCCH in a mobile communication system having a system band comprised of a plurality of base frequency blocks, in a mobile terminal apparatus (10) provided with a downlink control signal decoding section (104) conf igured to determine radio resources designated by ARI (ACK/NACK Resource Indicator) fields of PDCCHs assigned to a plurality of base frequency blocks (CCs), and a retransmission response signal transmission control section (105) configured to control transmission of retransmission response signals in response to PDSCHs assigned to a plurality of base frequency blocks (CCs) based on the radio resources designated by the ARI fields, the retransmission response signal transmission control section (105) limits transmission of retransmission response signals in response to PDSCHs assigned to all the base frequency blocks (CCs) when the radio resources designated by a plurality of the ARI fields include a different radio resource.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve dynamic interpretation of a transmission block size field in a layer 1/layer 2(L1/L2) control channel.SOLUTION: A signaling method includes a step for receiving control channel data, a step for determining whether or not the control channel data is at least one of retransmission, transmission of new data and the first time transmission, and a step for interpreting the control channel data dynamically based on the determination. The control channel data includes a transmission block size field, and the transmission block size field is interpreted to represent the transmission block size according to the determination that the control channel data is at least one of transmission of new data and first time transmission, and interpreted as an index representing a redundant version according to the determination that the control channel data is retransmission.

Disclosed is the radio (wireless) communication system providing a radio communication service and the terminal, and more particularly, to a method of an uplink HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) operation at an expiry of time alignment timer in an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (E-UMTS) evolved from the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation where communication behavior becomes unstable resulted from an incorrect detection of a PDCCH in a mobile communication system having a system band comprising a plurality of basic frequency blocks.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 10 comprises: a downlink control signal decoding part 104 which determines a radio resource specified in the ARI (ACK/NACK Resource Indicator) field of the PDCCH allocated to a plurality of basic frequency blocks (CC); and a retransmission response signal transmission control part 105 which controls transmission of the retransmission response signal to the PDSCH allocated to the plurality of basic frequency blocks (CC) based on the radio resource specified in the ARI field. When the radio resource specified in the plurality of ARI fields includes a different radio resource, the retransmission response signal transmission control part 105 restricts transmission of the retransmission response signal to the PDSCH allocated to all basic frequency blocks (CC).
Abstract:
A system and method is provided which allows for the dynamic interpretation of a transport block size field in a Layer 1/Layer 2 (L1/L2) control channel, such that for any first H-ARQ transmission, the transport block size indication field will indicate the size of the transport block. For any retransmission, the transport block size indication bits can be transformed into dedicated bits for indicating the RV used as it relates to circular buffering. A robust bit field for indicating new data transmission (e,g, new data indication (NDI)) is therefore introduced, and from a UE perspective it is possible to determine how to interpret the transport block size field.
