    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a composite reverse osmosis membrane which uses a membrane-forming solvent with a low ozone layer destruction modulus, and has properties such as high organic substance removal rate, high desalting performance and high water permeability as superb heat resistance, resistance against solvent and chemical. CONSTITUTION:Microporous supporting membrane is obtained by making a membrane in a wet state using a solution containing a polymer expressed by formula(Ph-S)-m-(Ph-SO2)n-. (in the formula, Ph is a phenylene group; m,n are natural number), lithium salt and aprotic polar organic solvent. On this mioroporous supporting membrane, a cross-linking polyamide active layer obtained by surface polycondensation using polyfunctional amine and polyfunctional acylhalide dissolved in 2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane is applied to obtain a composite reverse osmosis membrane.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a composite reverse-osmosis membrane for selectively separating the component in a liq. mixture by forming an ultrathin membrane with a cross-linked polymer, consisting of an amide linkage and a thioester linkage to be the main skeleton, as the main structural unit on a porous supporting membrane. CONSTITUTION:This composite reverse-osmosis membrane consists of an ultrathin membrane and a membrane supporting the ultrathin membrane. The ultrathin membrane consists of a main structural unit shown by formula I and/or II ((R1 is H or 1-4C lower alkyls, R2,...R4 are hydrocarbonic residues having O or not, acyls having various substituents or not, benzyl and aryls, at least a part of X denotes direct coupling and forms a crosslinking point to be bonded to formula III in other structural units and the others are OM, formula TV or V (M is H, alkali metals, alkaline-earth metals and ammonium group)). The component in a liq. mixture is selectively separated by this composite reverse-osmosis membrane.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To surely separate ozone alone by bringing a fluid contg. ozone into contact with a silicone rubber formed body to separate ozone. CONSTITUTION:A fluid A contg. ozone is introduced from an inlet pipe 7, and a gas B free of ozone is introduced from an inlet 5 of an outer pipe. The fluid A is introduced into a silicone rubber tube 9, and ozone gas C consisting of ozone alone is permeated through the tube 9 into a gap 3 by diffusion and sent along with the gas B to an ozone treating stage, etc., from an outlet 6 of the outer pipe. Meanwhile, ozone is gradually removed from the fluid A flowing in the tube 9, and the fluid is sent to a liq.-phase ozone measuring device from an outlet 8 as a ozone-free fluid D. Consequently, only ozone is surely separated, and the precision in measuring ozone is improved.
