    摘要: PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount a lamp at different inclinations by forming it out of a housing made of a transparent and elastic member, a side lid provided with a pivotal board mounting part, and a LED-put board made of an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A housing 2 is made of a transparent and elastic soft member, openings 2a being formed on both sides thereof, and a mounting leg 2b is provided along a vertical axis. A cap-like side lid 3 is mounted on the opening 2a, and a LED-put board 4 on which a LED 4a as the light source is put is held by the side lid 3. The LED-put board 4 is made of such as a thin glass epoxy print circuit board, with moderate elasticity. Bonding being possible along a curved surface of the rear window glass, normal mounting of a lamp is thus possible at different inclinations.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To improve an encoding efficiency, and a picture quality remarkably of a television signal, by adding a simple dynamic vector limiting function, to a dynamic vector detecting function in an inter-frame encoding device to which dynamic compensation is applied. CONSTITUTION:An input television signal is digitized, scanned and converted, then outputted to a delaying circuit 12 and a dynamic vector outputting circuit 14, respectively. Between an output of the delaying circuit 12 and a forecasting signal supplied from a variable delaying circuit 16, subtraction is executed, a forecasting error is outputted, quantized, and after that, supplied to an adding circuit 18, and a dynamic vector is outputted in accordance with a reference vector. The quantized forecasting error signal and the dynamic vector information are compressed and encoded by a code compressing circuit 20, smoothing a generating state of irregular information, and outputted to a transmission line 1,000 at a constant transmission line speed. Accordingly, information showing the dynamic vector is reduced, and also the forecasting error information is scarcely increased, therefore, the high encoding efficiency is realized, and also intrinsic picture quality deterioration can be improved when dymamic compensation has been applied.
