Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device for blood sampling which assists selection of a vein to be punctured and selection of a punctured region in the vein when samplng blood. SOLUTION: The auxiliary device for blood sampling includes: a vein visually recognizing device irradiating the skin surface of the punctured region with near infrared light and preparing the vein pattern image from the reflection pattern of the irradiation light; a monitor; and a controller for inputting the vein pattern image as a vein pattern image before blood sampling, displaying the input vein pattern image on the monitor, allowing input of information relating to a blood sampling success part based on the blood sampling result of a patient in the displayed vein pattern image before blood sampling, combining the vein pattern image before blood sampling and the information relating to the blood sampling success and storing them as a vein pattern image after blood sampling into a storage device in association with a patient ID. The vein pattern image after blood sampling including the information relating to the blood sampling success part is read from the storage device on the basis of the patient ID, and the read vein pattern image after blood sampling is displayed on the monitor so as to recognize the blood sampling success part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid analyzer capable of easily setting a threshold and output display for determining turbidity and color tone different in each hospital by solving the conventional problems.SOLUTION: The body fluid analyzer relating to this invention includes an optical system for transmitting and/or reflecting light to body fluid to be measured to measure the transmitting light intensity and/or reflected light intensity, and a determination part for determining the turbidity and/or color tone of the body fluid on the basis of a measurement result from the optical system. The body fluid analyzer includes an adjustment part which can adjust a threshold and/or determination output display in the determination part, and the adjustment part is configured so as to able to display adjustable threshold and/or determination output display on a monitor by using at least corresponding colors and to change the threshold and/or determination output display while looking at the colors displayed on the monitor.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qualitative analyzer capable of determining degradation of a reagent part before dotting.SOLUTION: A qualitative analyzer according to the present invention comprises optical measurement means provided with a reflected light measurement system for measuring color of a reagent part of an inspection object provided with the reagent part that is color-reacted with a substance to be detected as a target in a urine qualitative analyzer, and is organized so as to detect whether a substance to be detected exists or not in an analyte by detecting whether or not there is color reaction in the reagent part of the inspection object on the basis of measurement data measured by the optical measurement means. The qualitative analyzer comprises degradation determination means for determining whether or not there is degradation of the reagent part on the basis of the measurement data, and is organized so as to measure color of a reagent part unused by the optical measurement means and so as to automatically run a degradation test for determining whether or not there is degradation by the degradation determination means on the basis of the measured data, before providing the reagent part with the analyte.
