PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of discharging fluid drops being uniform in size and speed in the same direction.SOLUTION: A system includes a substrate that includes a flow path body 10 comprising: a fluid pump chamber 18; a descending portion 20 fluid-connected to the fluid pump chamber 18; and a nozzle 22 fluid-connected to the descending portion 20. The nozzle 22 is arranged to discharge fluid drops through an outlet 24 formed in an outside surface of the substrate. The flow path body also includes a recirculating path 26 fluid-connected to the descending portion 20. The system that discharges the fluid drops also comprises: a fluid supply tank 54 fluid-connected to the fluid pump chamber 18; a fluid collection tank 52 fluid-connected to the recirculating path 26; and a pump fluid-connecting the fluid collection tank 52 to the fluid supply tank 54. In some aspects, a fluid through the flow path body 10 flows at a flow speed sufficient to flush away air bubbles or contaminants through the flow path body 10.
