Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator for reducing the size of a water supply system, and to provide a pump control device. SOLUTION: In the accumulator 20, an outside space of a bladder 22 capable of introducing liquid is covered with a case 23 in an air sealed manner to partition a gas chamber β with an outer wall 22x of the bladder 22 and an inner wall 23x of the case 23. Pressure gas is pressurized and filled in the gas chamber β. Gas chamber pressure in the gas chamber β is detected by a sensor unit 30 and output as gas chamber pressure data to the outside. Thus, pressure in the bladder 22 in a predetermined range is indirectly seized via the gas chamber pressure in the gas chamber β. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive vehicle operating liquid accumulating device, wherein an accumulator which accumulates operating liquid discharged from a hydraulic pump is reliably shifted from a non-operated condition into an operated condition in which operating liquid accumulating function is developed, right after starting energization of an ECU which controls the hydraulic pump. SOLUTION: This control apparatus initially controls the hydraulic pump to be certainly driven over at least a preset initial time after an ignition switch is changed into an ON-state, independently of accumulator hydraulic pressure Pac. Thus, the accumulator is reliably shifted from the non-operated condition into the operated condition even when fixation occurs in a partition member which partitions the accumulator into a gas chamber and an operating liquid chamber. After finishing the initial control, normal control is executed to keep the accumulator hydraulic pressure Pac between lower limit pressure Pon and upper limit pressure Poff in accordance with a signal only from an inexpensive pressure switch PS which selectively generates signals corresponding to the accumulator hydraulic pressure Pac whether the lower limit pressure Pon or higher or not. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator for releasing pressure from the inside of a shell when exposed to a high temperature of fire. SOLUTION: The accumulator 10 comprises a shell 11, a bellows 40, and a self seal member 55. The shell 11 is partitioned into a gas chamber 51 and a liquid chamber 50 with the bellows 40. The self seal member 55 has a metal base material 56 and an elastic member 57 covering the outer face of the base material 56. On the side of the base material 56 corresponding to a seal face 35a, there are formed a first flat portion 61 and a second grooved portion 62. When the accumulator 10 is exposed to a high temperature at fire and the elastic member 57 is thermally decomposed, a gap is formed between the first portion 61 and the second portion 62 to deaden the sealing function, resulting in gradual release of pressure from the inside of the shell 11 to a liquid inlet side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint capable of preventing defects due to spattering occurring in a resistance welding. SOLUTION: An accumulator 10 forming the welded joint comprises a shell 11 formed by resistance-welding axially divided first and second shell elements 21 and 22 to each other and a ring unit 13 disposed on the inner surface side of a welded point 25. The ring unit 13 comprises a heat resistant ring 60 and insulating rings 61 and 62 which are ring-shaped members with electric insulating property. The heat resistant ring 60 is disposed in the peripheral direction of the shell 11 along the welded point 25 so as to face the welded point 25. The insulating rings 61 and 62 are installed at the axial end part of the heat resistant ring 60 so as not to face the welded point 25. A space S capable of enclosing the spattering produced from the welded point is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the ring unit 13 and the inner peripheral surface of the shell 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gas that is sealed inside from flowing out of an accumulator even if bellows are damaged in a bellows type hydraulic accumulator. SOLUTION: In the bellows types hydraulic accumulator A having a shell 12 for forming a pressure space 11 and a bellow-type bellows 13 for dividing the pressure space 11 into a gas chamber 15 and a liquid chamber 16, an auxiliary shell 17 for forming on auxiliary liquid chamber 19 that is in a fixed relationship with the shell 12 and communicates with a liquid entrance 12c inside is arranged in the liquid chamber 16. Additionally, a movable wall member (piston 18) is provided, where the member divides the inside of the auxiliary shell 17 into a first section 19a for communicating with the liquid entrance 12c and a second section 19b for communicating with the liquid chamber 16 via a communication path (hole 17d) that is provided at the auxiliary shell 17.
