摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably supplying an extract of Agaricus blazei at a low cost. SOLUTION: The objective method contains (1) a step to prepare a medium by fermenting a medium raw material at 55-65 deg.C at a water-content of 60-75 wt.% for 7-20 days, (2) a step to proliferate fungus on a culture bed formed by using the obtained medium to effect the culture of the mycelium and/or fruit body of Agaricus blazei and (3) a step to extract the objective component from the obtained mycelium and/or fruit body of Agaricus blazei with an extraction solvent selected from water, ethanol and a mixture of water and ethanol.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a health food capable of bringing effect through using spores of a bracket fungus of the genus Fomes as little as possible. SOLUTION: In view of the fact that spores of a bracket fungus of the genus Fomes used for remedying various diseases such as cancer, pneumonia and AIDS are extremely expensive, a basic additive comprising flour of cymbidium kanran Makino, Panax notoginseng flour, non-chlorella flour and enzyme is incorporated with musk, vanillin cinnamate, pyrethrum and Artemisia princeps flour and stevia leaf flour, in addition to spores of a bracket fungus of the genus Fomes, in order to reduce its quantity to be used and get better effect than that from its single use. Daily taking 1g of the resultant additive diluted with hot water effects recovering from diseases such as cancer. Also, the objective health food effective in prophylaxis of cancer or health maintenance can be obtained by adding the above mixed additive to confectioneries such as cake, chocolate, jelly, ice cream or yogurt. The other objective feed additive processed as a livestock or fish feed additive has similar effect to that mentioned above in lowering the mortality of livestock or fish.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tablet having sufficient hardness, capable of digesting and useful as an atopic dermatitis improver, etc., by mixing three materials of CGF(chlorela growth factor) powder, propolis powder and Agaricus mushroom powder at a prescribed mixing ration and pelletizing under a specific condition. SOLUTION: This tablet is obtained by mixing three materials of preferably 10.0 wt.% of CGF powder, preferably 10.0 wt.% of propolis powder and preferably 55.0 wt.% of Agaricus mushroom powder at a certain mixing ratio corresponding to respective administrating amounts at one time and adding preferably 20.0 wt.% of xylitol powder as an excipient, then uniforming particle diameter of the resultant mixed powder to a value suitable to pelletizing, thus pelletizing the uniformed mixed powder. Preferably, the tablet is used as an atopic dermatitis improver or a blood sugar value depressor.
