PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device which can more reliably eliminate chips such as dust generated in laser beam machining, and to provide a laser beam machining method using the laser beam machining device.SOLUTION: A laser beam machining device 1 machines a workpiece W by a laser beam. The laser beam machining device 1 includes: a laser oscillator 18 which emits a laser beam emitted to the workpiece W; a liquid jetting means 6 which has a nozzle 14 and injects a jet fluid F from the nozzle 14; an installation base 9 on which the workpiece W is installed; a head side suction means 46 which sucks a space 52 around the nozzle 14; an installation base side suction means 48 which is arranged on the installation base 9 and sucks a space in a periphery of a surface of the installation base 9 from a rear surface side; and a suction force control device 60 which controls suction force of the head side suction means 46 and the installation base side suction means 48.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be easily applied to a workpiece with a small diameter while preventing a cutting blade from coming into contact with an internal surface of the workpiece and from getting damaged during burnishing. SOLUTION: A compound working tool 1 includes: a shank 2 formed to be tubular and mounted on a working machine; a burnishing part 3 provided on the shank 2 for burnish-finishing the internal surface of the workpiece W; a body 4 formed to be tubular and fixed to a tip of the shank 2; and a cutting part 5 provided on the body 4. The tool includes: a cartridge 6 provided around a circumference of the body 4 for fixing the cutting blade; an engaging member (adjustment block 61) provided on a bottom of the cartridge 6 and having a protrusion 61a formed; a retract pin 62 having a step 62b formed to engage with the protrusion 61a and retractably inserted into the body 4; a reciprocating means 8 for retractably moving the retract pin 62; and a retract mechanism 9 for enlarging or reducing a cutting diameter (δ) by the reciprocating means 8. A combined processing tool includes a shank of a cylindrical shape, a mandrel fixed to the shank, a frame rotation-universally fitted outside the mandrel, a burnishing unit for performing a burnishing to an inner peripheral surface of a workpiece by rolling members, a dimple forming unit for performing a dimple forming to the surface of the workpiece by surface compression members so as to universally appear from and disappear in the frame, a body fixed to a top portion of the shank, and a skiving unit for performing a cutting, wherein, on an outer peripheral region of the mandrel, an outer peripheral surface 31c and a concave and convex shape area which consists of concave parts and convex parts alternately arranged along an outer peripheral direction of the mandrel are formed, and wherein the concave and convex parts are alternately engaged in the compression members with being rotated.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece clamping device which can improve the durability of a turning table, on which a workpiece is mounted, and a motor for rotating the turning table and to provide a workpiece clamping method. SOLUTION: The workpiece clamping device 1 comprises a clamping mechanism 7 that clamps a workpiece W, a reciprocating mechanism 2 that is reciprocated in a horizontal direction, a flat cam mechanism 3 provided in the reciprocating mechanism 2, a straight travel shaft 5 that slides within a flat cam groove 32 in the flat cam mechanism 3 and is vertically reciprocated within a hollow clamper case body 41, a rotary shaft 6 that is disposed on the upper part of the straight travel shaft 5 and is rotated together with a cylindrical cam pin 43, which is rotated while being guided by a cylindrical cam groove 42 provided in the clamper case body 41, and an arm member 8 that is connected to and rotated together with the rotary shaft 6 and is provided with a clamping mechanism 7.
