Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide polymorphic piretanide which is useful as a diuretic agent characterized by the differential thermal curve, powder X-ray analysis and infrared spectroscopy. CONSTITUTION:The piretanide has the endothermic peak at about 213 deg.C, the exothermic peak at about 216 deg.C and the melting peak about 227 deg.C in the differential thermal curve; 20.1, 21.3, 23.1, 24.3 deg. of 2theta diffraction peaks in powder X-ray diffraction and absorptions at 1690 and 3250 to 3400cm in the infrared absorption spectroscopy. The piretanide is obtained by crystallizing lower aliphatic alcohol or cyclic ether to form the solvation bonds and heating them at room temperature to the boiling point of the solvent under reduced or normal pressure for over 1 hour. It is stable at elevated temperatures in high humidity, high soluble in water and shows high bioavailability.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain good display characteristics by filling a ferrodielelctric liquid crystal composition containing additives lower in boiling point than the substance exhibiting liquid crystal property into cells at high temperature and in high vacuum and under the other specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet ray hardenable epoxy resin is printed on the circumference of a orienting film formed on a substrate 1 provided with a transparent electrode and the film to form a sealing part 2. Then, the ferrodielectric liquid crystal composition layer 3 containing a spacer made of silica is formed by coating. This substrate 1 is placed in a vacuum chamber to remove the air out of the composition, and taken out of the chamber, and heated to convert it into an isotropic liquid or a nematic phase and to smooth the surface of the liquid composition crystals. Next, the other side of the substrate 4 opposite to the substrate 1 and provided with no sealing print and not coated with no liquid crystal composition is applied to pressure in vacuum to attain a desired cell gap to form the cells, thus permitting nonuniform adsorption of the low boiling point additives to the orienting film to be prevented.

In other words, the PV membrane module 9 is immersed in the evaporation tank 3 in an organic solvent reproducing apparatus consisting of a solvent supplying pipe 1, a solvent 2 the evaporation tank 3, a heater 4, a cooler 5, an object 6 to be cleaned, a vacuum pump suction pipe 11, a condenser 12, a cooling water pipe 13, and a vacuum pump 15. As the result, the whole size of the apparatus is necessarily made small.

CONSTITUTION:The subject remedy containing human blood coagulation factor VIII as an active ingredient is produced and administered as an injection, parenterally administered by a microencapsulating or embedding method, orally administered as a solution, tablet or capsule or administered as a suppository, ointment, etc., to treat diabetic necrosis. The factor VIII fulfills a great role in a treating process of wounds by not only stabilizing fibrin but also forming crosslinkages between the fibrin and fibronectin and promoting proliferation of fibroblasts and epidermization. The remedy is administered in an amount of about 1500 units per day to patients suffering from diabetic necrosis for 5 days.

Further, as the chemical crosslinking reagent, an amino group or thiol group of a potein molecule can be used.
