Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid vessel, which supplies a desired amount of a fluid streakedly to a desired place without allowing the fluid to scatter and prevents the contained fluid from leaking as far as pressure is not applied to the bag-shaped vessel. SOLUTION: According to the fluid vessel, synthetic resin films, each having a sealed part 4, are joined along the line of the sealed parts 4 to form a front face 2 and a back face 3, between which a non-sealed part is formed to hold the fluid therein. A projecting part is also formed on the vessel as a spout 6, and an unsealing line 8 is made to cross the spout. By cutting the spout along the unsealing line, a fluid outlet is formed. A part of the vessel interior that is near the fluid outlet formed by unsealing the vessel, respective two point sealing parts 9 sealing the front/back faces partially together are formed in rows almost along the cut direction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an esthetic complex container that can be preferable as a container for liquid cosmetics and also as a container having an air-less pump. SOLUTION: This complex container comprises an outer assembly member 1 in which an outer barrel part 5 having a released lower end is vertically suspended down from an outer circumferential edge of a shoulder 4 having a neck part 2 vertically raised, a guide wall 6 extending along an inner circumferential surface of an upper part of the outer barrel part 5 is vertically arranged at the lower surface of the shoulder 4, and an annular notch 7 is cut and formed at the lower surface of the shoulder 4 between the outer barrel part 5 and the guide wall 6; and an inner container 10 in which a pan-like bottom member 12 is integrally coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the lower end of the inner barrel part 11 made of cylindrical film and an opening member 15 having a protruded annular protrusion 17 fitted into the annular notch 7 is integrally connected to the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the inner barrel part 11. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking cap mounting apparatus capable of freely setting the position of a cap mounting height of the cap when the cap is screwed in and mounted on a neck part of a container, and simultaneously, capable of preventing the cap from being loosened and fallen down from a cap mounting position during being carried or being packed in a box, or by heat treatment. SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted by mounting the cap 1 on the neck part 21 of the container by screwing. In this apparatus, at a position for mounting the cap 1, a cap skirt part 4 is hooked to a stopping piece 24 of the neck part 21 of the container to prevent the cap 1 from being screwed thereinto, and at the same time, it is hooked on a locking piece 13 of the neck part 21 of the container to prevent the cap 1 from unscrewing. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathable bag and its manufacturing method with which a bag with desired gas permeability can be easily formed, and to provide a method for efficiently and safely sterilizing internal contents using the bag. SOLUTION: The breathable bag 1 comprising a laminate film having a plurality of through holes which are bored by pressing a sharp point wherein the through holes are scattered as air holes 3 is employed. In addition, contents to be sterilized are received in the breathable bag, and a sterilizing agent is sprayed to the bag for sterilization.
