Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool-connector enabling two or more spools wound with fishlines to be integrally stored, enabling only the fishline wound on a desired spool to be drown out, and having a simplified structure; and to provide a spool-connected body. SOLUTION: The spool-connected body shown in the figure is obtained by connecting the spools 300 and 300 having shaft holes 18 with the connector 80. The connector 80 is obtained by engaging a first member 81 and a second member 82 each of which is fitted in the shaft hole 300 of each spool and has a nearly cylindrical shape, at each end part so as to be rotatable. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a polyester fiber having a high polymerization degree. SOLUTION: The method for producing the polyester fiber having the high polymerization degree comprises a step for treating a polyester with a solvent and a step for carrying out solid polymerization of the treated fiber. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erosion prevention sheet having a recovering property of a sheet thickness, the stability of the sheet thickness against a temperature variation, and a sediment filling property, not damaged by machines and human power in installation, having resistance against an external force applied thereto in installation and removal, having specified strength capable of withstanding the removal thereof for replacement, and not obstructing the growth of plants. SOLUTION: This erosion prevention sheet having a percentage of void of 90 to 98% is formed by thermally fusing, with each other, crimped composite fibers comprising a high melting point polypropylene resin A and a low melting point polypropylene resin B and having a molten flow index ratio (MFR2/MFR1) of the molten flow index (MFR2) of the resin B to the molten flow index (MFR1) of the resin A of 12 or higher. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body including a biodegradable fiber degraded under the natural environment, reducing loads to the environment such as garbage reduction, and having strength and repulsion properties equal to those of conventional products. SOLUTION: The structure includes a biodegradable fiber containing a conjugated fiber comprising a biodegradable polyester resin (A) having a melting point Ta, and a biodegradable polyester resin (B) having a melting point Tb by ≥15°C lower than the melting point Ta. The conjugated fiber has 50-50,000 dtex fineness, ≥3 mm average coil diameter or a curved part having ≥1.5 mm radius, and is stacked and fused at interlaced points. The conjugated fiber has a sheath-core structure. The method for producing the structural body includes subjecting aggregate comprising the biodegradable polyester fiber to heat treatment at ≥softening point of the biodegradable resin (B) when the resin is amorphous and at ≥melting point Tb when the resin has the melting point Tb.
