Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to heat partial organic tissues, or the like, of living organisms or the like efficiently at a temp. not lower than 45°C using an AC magnetic field, and to provide a heating device using the AC magnetic field which can be used for medical treatments such as thermotherapy. SOLUTION: The heating device is configured as follows; at least one kind of ferrite is dispersed in an organic substance to be heated and/or is adhered at the surface or inserted into the inside of the organic substance, and the ferrite is heated by using the AC magnetic field of 100-750kHz.
