Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaling device for a garbage cart capable of preventing the generation of an impact load due to the vertical vibration of a garbage housing box during travelling with the simple structure. SOLUTION: A beam type load cell 6 is fitted to a car body in the cantilever condition in the horizontal direction, and the garbage housing box is connected to the periphery of a shaft on a free end 6b side through a spherical bearing to give a load thereof. A front load cell 6 is arranged so that the axial direction thereof is in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the car body 2, and a rear load cell 6 is arranged so that the axial direction thereof crosses the front load cell 6. SOLUTION: A system 100 for weighing recycled resources when receiving/shipping, which weighs recycled resources per truck at an office for receiving or shipping the recycled resources, comprises: an operation room 130 where an operator can see trucks; an operator terminal in the operation room 130; a truck scale system 140 which weighs trucks and transmits weight data to the operator terminal; first and second imaging apparatus 110 and 120 which acquire photographic images of areas of trucks; a vehicle master wherein vehicle numbers relating to number plates of trucks and affiliations or the like of the trucks are stored in association with each other; and a vehicle recognition system which recognizes the vehicle number of a truck on the basis of photographic images to acquire a corresponding affiliation or the like and transmits the vehicle number and the affiliation or the like to the operator terminal.
