Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open/close a delivery valve and an open air inlet valve in an applying container having the delivery valve elastically closed in an upper part of a delivery path hanging from an outlet hole opened on part of an applying surface to the bottom of a container body, and having the open air inlet valve for preventing a negative pressure to the decrease in a liquid in the container body. SOLUTION: A ball valve element 51 fitted into a valve cylinder 24 is brought into pressure contact with a delivery valve hole 23 by a coil spring 52 to form the delivery valve 50. Two upper and lower open air inlet valves are provided, while the upper first open air inlet valve 57 has a valve plate 56 brought into elastic pressure contact with a valve seat. The lower second open air inlet valve 59 has the outer periphery of a flat valve plate 58 fitted over the external surface of a pipe fitting cylinder 25 brought into contact or close to the lower surface of the inner periphery of a first upper plate 12.
