PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a geological gradation layer having disaster prevention and ecological preservation functions.SOLUTION: The present invention forms an ecological gradation layer not only by adopting local soils including sand and stone, clay, crushed stone or water permeable concrete mixture, or a gradation material generally used for road construction, but also by mixing hollow bodies having a most important special function. In addition to having a function to support a road surface, the ecological gradation layer is effective in storing water, retaining water and improving soil, and capable of creating beneficial environment for soil microorganisms and protozoa in soil to live in the soil. The ecological gradation layer can enhance a water retaining capacity of the soil and reproductive power of the soil microorganisms and thereby: alleviating a heat-island phenomenon by allowing water in the soil to evaporate when an atmosphere temperature is high; and preserving water in anticipation of drought as well as reducing a risk of an occurrence of flood damage above the ground by retaining and storing water during a rainfall.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an artificial road surface that improves global warming.SOLUTION: An artificial water permeable road surface 40 is laid, a high speed water guiding layer 30 is provided in the lower layer of the water permeable road surface 40, the high speed water guiding layer 30 includes gravels or sand, an interfacing layer 20 is provided in the lower layer of the high speed water guiding layer 30, and then a hardened ecological gradation layer 10 is provided further. By the structure, the ecological gradation layer 10 of the lower layer has an effect of supporting and, by providing hollow bodies inside the layer (providing disaster-prevention water-storage hollow bodies, earth-improvement hollow bodies, microorganism-culture hollow bodies or water-keeping hollow bodies as needed), allows rainwater falling on ground surface to quickly penetrate underground, preserves a lot of water, and prompts breeding of microorganisms. When the temperature of the atmosphere is high, underground humidity is evaporated through pipe bodies of the water permeable road surface 40 and environment warming is improved.
