SOLUTION: A body case 1 having a heating chamber 2 at a lower part and an antifreezing solution tank 3 disposed thereon is provided, and a drum 5 for allowing an antifreezing solution in the antifreezing solution tank 3 to flow is disposed in the heating chamber 2. Combustion gas from a burner installed at the outer side face of the body case 1 can be introduced into the drum 5. A heat storage column 4 communicating with the drum 5 and exhausting combustion gas introduced from the drum 5, from the upper end is disposed in the antifreezing solution tank 3. The antifreezing solution in the antifreezing solution tank 3 can be heated with heat of combustion gas passing through the heat storage column 4. SOLUTION: The disposal method comprises a process of putting the disposal object into a combustion chamber 1, a process of burning the disposal object, a process of introducing combustion gas into a vortex flow chamber 4 while causing a vortex flow through an ascending tube 2 having a multiplicity of small holes for air intake, a process of naturally separating the combustion gas (a) in the vortex flow chamber 4 into complete combustion gas c of a comparatively small specific gravity and incomplete combustion gas b of a comparatively large specific gravity by using a specific gravity difference of these, a process of discharging the separated complete combustion gas c into the atmosphere and returning the incomplete combustion gas b into the combustion chamber 1 through a descending tube 3 by an internal pressure in the vortex flow chamber 4, and a process of re-burning the incomplete combustion gas b returned into the combustion chamber 1.
