Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an edge portion processing method of a laminated sheet body capable of performing more efficient production by forming rational schemes for setting a posture and the like at the time of processing an edge portion of the laminated sheet body S used for a memo pad or the like. SOLUTION: This edge portion processing method is a processing method of a free edge E1 of the laminated sheet body S. This method includes a work preparation process, a clamp process which makes the free edge E1 of the laminated sheet body S a non-constraint condition, a process posture setting process which inclines to shift the free edge E1 of the laminated sheet body S by a process posture setting arm 31 for bringing the free edge E1 into contact with a blade receiving deck 5 to be fixed in the non-constraint condition and a cutting process for cutting and aligning the free edge E1 of the laminated sheet body S. After completing the cutting process, the fixing which is inclined by the process posture setting process is released to realize a finish inclination surface F on the free edge E1 side of the laminated sheet body S. PURPOSE: To provide a memo pad having a through hole formed in a pile of memo paper glued around the hole from which the paper can easily be peeled off even after a lot of the paper being used without being hindered by an adhesive protruding above the paper and which has enough shape-holding strength to prevent the disassembly of the pad when grasped by hand. CONSTITUTION: A through hole 3 is formed in a pile of memo paper 2, and a separated core 4 in a shape such as a cylinder is inserted into the hole 3 to be glued to the paper 2. In the core 4, divided bodies 10 are formed freely separably in the longitudinal direction; for example, a divided body 10 having a female engagement part 12 and a male engagement part 13 in the upper part and the lower part respectively is connected with another divided body 10 having the male engagement part 13 and the female engagement part 12 through the engagement parts.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a decoration device for a paper sheet block end surface, and a memo pad manufactured by the same.SOLUTION: The decoration device M includes a decoration device body 1 and a tool device 2 for holding a paper sheet block P which is an object to be decorated. In the decoration device, which makes the decoration device body 1 act on a surface to be decorated of the object to be decorated by using one end surface of the paper sheet block P positioned oppositely to the decoration device body 1 as the surface to be decorated so as to perform desired decoration processing, the tool device 2 is arranged with a placing surface plate 21 at the bottom part, and on a surface of the placing surface plate 21, a paper sheet block storage part 21A with its upper part opening is formed and surrounded by a pair of facing laminated surface pressing plates 22 and a pair of end surface guide bodies 23 aligned and arranged orthogonally to the laminated surface pressing plates 22. Register of the paper sheet block P is performed, and the surface to be decorated is protected by a decoration surface protector 24.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a paper for transfer printing, having good printability and enabling efficient transfer of a pattern. SOLUTION: The paper for transfer printing use at least satisfies the following requirements. (a) The basis weight is ≥70 g/m 2 , (b) the smoothness of the printing surface to apply a printed pattern and that of the non-printing surface are 15-20 sec and 8-15 sec, respectively, by the measurement in conformity with J.TAPPI No.5-2 (Oken method) and (c) the air permeability is 200-350 sec in conformity with J.TAPPI No.5-2 (Oken method). Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a laminated sheet body maintaining a novel entire pattern and a manufacturing method thereof which enable improvement of the productivity and quality of the laminated sheet body. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method has a process wherein sheet single bodies 10 printed with patterns 11 are laminated in a state of the upper and lower positions of the patterns 11 being aligned, a process wherein the laminated sheet signal bodies 10 are held with the free end sides thereof directed downward, a process wherein the free end 13 sides are curved and guided in the state of the bodies being held and a process wherein the free end 13 sides are cut to be uniform. Since the free end 13 sides are curved and guided in the state wherein the laminated sheet single bodies 10 are held with the free end 13 sides directed downward, an operator can manufacture the laminated sheet body 1 with no need of any particular expertness.
