摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and a process cartridge that can stably form an image with high quality by using a toner for electrostatic charge image development that can provide stable quality excellent in fixation image intensity with either of low-temperature fixability and blocking resistance as well as production stability, and electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a charge transport material with a certain structure.SOLUTION: In an image forming device using at least a toner for electrostatic charge image development and electrophotographic photoreceptor, the toner contains crystalline polyester resin of 5-40 pts.mass and wax of 3-20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of polyester resin modified by at least vinyl resin, and elastic deformation rate of an outermost surface layer of the photoreceptor is equal to or greater than 40%.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner superior in fixability and offset resistance and blocking resistance and good in the OHP transparency of an image to be formed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the toner at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the toner comprises a first process for executing a seed emulsion polymerization by adding a monomer mixture containing a monomer having an acid polar group or a basic polar group in the presence of a fine wax powder, and a second process for mixing the obtained polymer dispersed liquid with at least a colorant dispersed liquid and further, adding 0.01-100 pts.wt. of an electrolyte per 100 pts.wt. of the slid component of the polymer to form a mixed dispersion liquid and a third process for aggregation of the particles in this mixed dispersion liquid to obtain the aggregated particles.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for stably forming an image of high quality by using toner for developing an electrostatic charge image which satisfies both low-temperature fixability and blocking resistance, is excellent in fixed image strength, is further excellent in production stability and is capable of providing stable quality and an electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a charge transport material having a specific structure.SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic process using toner for developing an electrostatic charge image and an electrophotographic photoreceptor, the toner contains at least a binder resin, a colorant and wax and the binder resin is produced by a first step of polymerizing a long chain (meth) acrylate resin through a second step of polymerizing a vinyl monomer in the presence of the polymer obtained in the first step. In addition, the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a binder resin containing a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1) in the outermost surface layer.
