    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for volatilizing a chemical in which the positional relation for the shape of an exhaust port with the shape of a cartridge is closely examined and the volatilization efficiency is further improved in the apparatus for volatilizing the chemical designed to rotate the cartridge for housing chemical holders with a motor and volatilize the chemical utilizing the centrifugal force and wind force. SOLUTION: The apparatus for volatilizing the chemical is equipped with the chemical holders having the chemical, the cartridge for housing the chemical holders, a drive motor, batteries for supplying electric power to the driving motor, a suction port, and an exhaust port. The apparatus for volatilizing the chemical is constituted so as to fit the shaft hole of the cartridge onto a motor shaft of the drive motor, rotate the chemical holders and volatilize the chemical into the atmosphere. In the apparatus for volatilizing the chemical, eaves-like slits are installed parallel to the plane of rotation of the chemical holders, in a plurality of stages in the exhaust port.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor Tarsonemus sanguinarius repellent in an aqueous liquid agent form capable of exhibiting excellent repelling effect on Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Shrank), Dermatophagoides farinae, Tarseonemus floricolus Canestrim, Franzago, Cheyleteilla species, and the like, based on volatilization action of an acarid-repelling ingredient by using a cinnamic acid derivative having high safety to human beings and beasts as the acarid-repelling ingredient and having little danger for fire. SOLUTION: This indoor Tarsonemus sanguinarius repellent in the aqueous liquid agent form comprises the cinnamic acid derivative as an acarid-repelling ingredient and comprises a polyaromatic ring type polyoxyalkylene ether as a solubilizing stabilizer. The repellent comprises, preferably, 0.5-4.0 wt.% cinnamic acid derivative, a surfactant in an amount of 0.5-1.5 times based on the amount of the cinnamic acid derivative, the polyaromatic ring type polyoxyalkylene ether in an amount of 1.0-2.5 times based on the amount of the cinnamic acid derivative, 3.0-12 wt.% lower alcohol and water.
