摘要: 合成樹脂製品を構成する基礎素材に対し、該基礎素材としての合成樹脂組成物に良好な分散性を有し且つ基礎素材樹脂よりも低分子量若しくは低軟化点の重合体からなるポリオレフィン等の熱溶融性重合体のポリマー基材及び抗菌作用を有する金属を担持させた無機微粒子から構成されてなる抗菌性複合粒子を、該基礎素材の合成樹脂組成物に溶融混練し、更に押出成型、射出成型等の公知の成型法によって、無機系抗菌剤が合成樹脂組成物中に均一に分散され、良好な抗菌効果を有する各種合成樹脂成型品を得る。

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multi-branched polyester polyol for significantly reducing the conventional temperature for manufacturing and reducing the energy for production, and to provide a resin particle dispersion liquid, an electrostatic charge image developing toner and a method for manufacturing the toner, an electrostatic charge image developer, an image forming method and an image forming apparatus, using a multi-branched polyester polyol produced by the above method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a multi-branched polyester polyol includes a process of at least polycondensation of a hydroxyl acid and/or its protected compound having in total three or more groups of hydroxyl groups, carboxyl groups and their protected groups by using a sulfur acid as a catalyst. A multi-branched polyester polyol manufactured by the above method is used for the resin particle dispersion liquid, the electrostatic charge image developing toner and the method for manufacturing the toner, the electrostatic charge image developer, the image forming method and the image forming apparatus.
