Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material processing apparatus which can efficiently and accurately form a groove or a hollow in the sheet material, is relatively low in the equipment cost and the running cost, and does not need shaving dregs treatment and a sheet material processing method using the apparatus. SOLUTION: A starting point forming part 3 forming a break 16 to be the starting point of a slit in the surface of the sheet material 7 and a chuck stretching part 5 on the downstream side in the conveyance direction of the part 3 are installed in the sheet material processing apparatus 1. The sheet material 7, in the starting point forming part 3, after the break 16 is formed in its surface, in the chuck stretching part 5, as it is conveyed from the upstream side in the conveyance direction toward the downstream side in the conveyance direction, by being pulled toward both outsides in the width direction by each chuck 13, is stretched to be extended gradually in the width direction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an adhesive tape which does not foul a punch-through blade when the adhesive tape is punched through thereby and does not entail, following the punch-through of the adhesive tape, the blocking of the punched-through site thereof.SOLUTION: The method of the present invention for processing an adhesive tape is a method for processing an adhesive tape including a step of punching through an adhesive tape with a punch-through blade to which a release agent is adhered and has the following characteristics: the release agent includes: hydrocarbons having 4-10 carbon atoms; and an oiliness enhancer; the surface tension of the release agent is 10-50 mN/m, and the time required to volatilization of the release agent is 48 hours or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical film having excellent cutting accuracy by cutting an original film of an optical film including a polarizer using an edged tool, which suppresses generations of crack and fluff, and in an optical film constituted as a laminated film, prevents laminates from being peeled off from each other.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the optical film which manufactures an optical film by cutting an original film of an optical film including a polarizer using an edged tool, the original film of the optical film is cut in a state in which the polarizer is heated so that the temperature of the polarizer becomes higher than an atmospheric temperature.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method for a laminated body, which can prevent occurrence of adhesion of paste to a cutting blade, blocking, cracks, and chipping or the like on a cut face, and to provide a cutting device for a laminated body, and a pedestal for cutting a laminated body. SOLUTION: The cutting method for a laminated body is used for cutting an optical film 16, which is laminated via an adhesive, with the cutting blade 13. The cutting of the optical film 16 with the cutting blade 13 is executed by reducing compression stress applied to the optical film 16 by the cutting blade 13 when the optical film 16 is cut by the cutting blade 13. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an adhesion sheet and a punching die used for the method for manufacturing the adhesion sheet capable of sufficiently preventing the generation of burr at an adhesive layer by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The punching die 1 provided with an upper blade 4 and a lower blade 2 opposed to each other and formed such that sharpness of the lower blade 2 is more dully than sharpness of the upper blade 4 is used. The adhesion sheet 5 in which a resin layer 21, an adhesive layer 22 and a mold releasing layer 23 are successively laminated is placed on the lower blade 4, i.e., a fixed blade and a through hole 25 is formed on the adhesion sheet 5 by advancing the lower blade 4, i.e., a movable blade. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape yielding, despite being constituted by an identical tape material, different hand tearing properties by varying the surface roughness, above all maximal height, of at least either of both edge portions of an unwound tape portion of the adhesive tape along the width direction thereof; and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The provided adhesive tape having excellent hand tearing properties is an adhesive tape having a maximal height Rz of at least 2 μm on at least either of both edge portions of an unwound tape portion of the adhesive tape along the width direction thereof.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the shift of a circular blade, and to reduce a cut-in tilt angle of the circular blade with respect to a tape roll body.SOLUTION: Both ends of a rotatable blade shaft 38 are supported by a pair of shaft bearings 39a and 39b of a pair of shaft supporting members 37 of a tool post 20. The circular blade 21 is mounted to the blade shaft 38 between the pair of shaft bearings 39a and 39b. This prevents the blade shaft 38 from being shifted or bent, supperss the shif of the circular blade 21, and reduces the cut-in tilt angle of the circular blade 21 with respect to the tape roll body.
