Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple radiation sensitive sheet used for a method for confirming the position or the range of a radiation beam visually in a bright room, clearly and accurately in a short time. SOLUTION: In the radiation sensitive sheets 10a/10b, a radiation coloring composition including a polymer compound having at least either group of a halogen group and an acetal group, and a hydroxyl group, a coloring electron donor organic compound, an active species generation organic compound for coloring the electron donor organic compound, and a radiation absorbing agent and/or a radiation fluorescent agent, or a radiation coloring composition including at least either of a polyacethylene compound and a diarylethene compound is added onto at least a part of the base material surface. In the radiation sensitive sheets placed on a passing line of the radiation beam 1, the radiation coloring composition coloring by the radiation beam 1 is added onto the base material surface corresponding to the position and/or the range of the radiation beam 1 to be confirmed or in a wider range.
