Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve a ground, even if the ground is hard.SOLUTION: A ground improvement device 1 comprises: a rod 10 for entering into the ground while rotating; a drilling blade 11 formed ranging from the outer peripheral face of the rod 10 to the outside; agitating blades 12 each formed on the further rear side than the drilling blade 11 of the rod 10, ranging from the outer peripheral face of the rod 10 to the outside; a discharge port 20 provided in the outer peripheral face of the rod 10 for discharging cement milk; and nozzles 60 for discharging the cement milk to a region in front of the drilling blade 11 in an entering direction X of the rod. The ground improvement device 1 further includes spiral vanes 14 provided on the outer peripheral face between the front end of the rod 10 and the drilling blade 11, the spiral vanes 14 each having a drilling claw 50 directed to the side in the entering direction X of the rod 10. The nozzles 60 are embedded in the spiral vanes 14, respectively. The nozzles 60 are directed obliquely outside relative to the entering direction X of the rod to discharge the cement milk from the discharge port 20 at a high pressure.
