摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for activation of NK cells having nonspecific cytotoxic activity or ADCC activity to various tumor cells, virus-infected cells or the like, safely and easily proliferating without hybridizing with K562 or the like, and a method for proliferation of NK cells using the same and a method for producing cells and mononuclear cells comprising extensive NK cells. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for activation of NK cells comprising activation of the NK cells by imparting stimulation on the mononuclear cells containing T cells and the NK cells by a CD52 agonist.
