SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for synthesis of 4-substituted-benzene-1, 2 carbaldehyde (for example, 4-fluoro-benzene-1, 2-carbaldehyde), comprising a reaction of a 4-substituted-bis(dibromomethyl)benzene (for example, 4-fluoro-bis(dibromomethyl)benzene) with sulfuric acid to form a reaction product, introducing a solid sodium bicarbonate into the reaction product, and hydrolyzing the reaction product to form a 4-substituted-benzene-1,2-carbaldehyde, after introducing the bicarbonate.
