Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a result of work to be decided for whether it is good or bad with no necessity of skill, by irradiating light from a gloss sensor to a surface, immediately after it is processed by peening work, and comparing a quantity of reflected light with the quantity of reflected light from a standard workpiece so as to decide whether the result of work is good or bad. CONSTITUTION: If short peening work is finished for a workpiece 22, it is carried outside a blast chamber 8 by a grip 23 of a workpiece attitude control device 7 and positioned to a gloss sensor 6 immediately after a time for which gloss of the workpiece is not changed. This gloss sensor 6, placing the workpiece 22 approaching to an optical fiber 27 in a distance l about 3cm, measures the gloss of a processed surface by a light emitting and a light receiving element 29, 30. And a quantity of reflecting light from a standard workpiece, set by previously studying a condition of compressed air pressure, machining time, etc. obtaining a predetermined peening effect, serves as a reference deciding a result of peening work for whether it is good or bed. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To measure the deviation value of a centroid position in the radius direction of the rotary center axis of a cylindrical body by finding out the coordinates of the rotary centroid of the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:Driving chucks 2, 3 are fitted to both the ends of the thin cylindrical body 1 and supported by two rollers each. The center of the chuck 2 is coupled with a driving device 6 through a universal joint 4, an angle detector 7 for measuring the turning angle of the cylindrical body 1 is fitted to the device and a thickness measuring sensor 9 is fitted to the external surface of the cylindrical body 1. The deviation delta and thickness (t) of the external size between a reference circle 12 and the cylindrical body 1 which corresponds to the positional angle theta measured by the angle detector 7 are measured by a deviation measuring device 8 having a sensor contacted with the external surface of the cylindrical body 1 and to be reciprocated in accordance with the deviation of the centroid position based upon the shape error and positional shift of the cylindrical body 1 at respective measuring point (i) obtained by dividing the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 1 into n parts and the coordinates Zo, Yo of the centroid G to the center B of the reference circle 12 are calculated. Consequently, the deviation of the radius direction from the rotary center shaft at an optional position in a longitudinal direction can be found out.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer the captioned chuck for a wide range of work, such as various kinds of machining, centering, assembly and the like by chucking a pipe, round bar or the like and combining it with a handling device. CONSTITUTION:When pressurized oil is supplied from a pressurized oil supply port (a), a rod 16 is horizontally moved rightward. This causes the upper and lower pieces 4, interlocked with a projection 25 on the tip of the rod, to move upward and a chuck click 2 which is fixed to the pieces 4 is moved upward along with the pieces 4 to open the chuck click 2. When a bar-like body 1 penetrates through a hollow shaft 24 and pressurized oil is supplied to a pressurized oil supply port (b), the chuck click 2 is operated downward to chuck the bar-like body 1 through an action contrary to one abovementioned. The captioned chuck can be applied to a bar-like material other than one with a circular section by changing a chuck click in various ways.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by locating a U-shaped pipe held by an inserting truck and a swing post into a hole in a plate-like member to control the respective operations of the inserting truck, swing post and a locating unit in automatic interlocking relation to each other. CONSTITUTION:The operations of an inserting truck 1, swing posts 11, 12, 13 and a locating unit 17 are controllably automatically interlocked with each other by a microcomputer controlled braking unit. A U-shaped pipe 4 is lifted with a clamp 30 lowered by a cylinder 10 of the inserting truck 1 and clamping an end of the U-shaped pipe 4, and then held in the horizontal condition by posts 11, 12, 13. After the truck 1 advances and reaches the unit 17 the pipe 4 is located by the unit 17 so that the insertion of the U-shaped pipe 4 is automatically controllably interlocked with a hole 28 in a partition plate 6. Thus, the operation is facilitated to remarkably reduce the operational processes.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure a projecting part to the inside surface of a pipe owing to spring effect and prevent the disengagement of an insertion guide by providing a slit and the projecting part to the insertion guide at the time of inserting the pipe into a pipe plate. CONSTITUTION:A slit 2 is provided to the tapered part of an insertion guide 1 at the time of inserting a pipe 5 into a pipe plate 4 and a supporting plate 6 of a heat exchanger, and further a projecting part 3 of a diameter larger than the inside diameter of the pipe is provided to the end part thereof. As a result, at the time when the insertion guide 1 is mounted to the pipe 5, the contact face pressure with the inside surface of the pipe is increased and the contact is made at two places of the projecting part 3 and the tapered part 2, by which the securing force to the inside surface of the pipe is made strong.

PURPOSE:To make accurate polishing of the inner-circumferential surface of holes with a grinding wheel expanded outward by the centrifugal force generated through the rotation of a shaft and transmittion by a link mechanism and pressed against said surface whatever diameter said holes may have. CONSTITUTION:With a driving source 26 is started, a shaft 23 is rotated, and a grinding wheel 24 is rotated through the medium of a link mechanism. Then, said grinding wheel 24 is expanded outward by centrifugal force, and transfer sleeve 36 is transferred to fixed sleeve side 35 while guided by a shaft 23. Thereby, said grinding wheel 24 contacts with the inner-circumferential surface of the hole 1 of work 2 and make polishing thereof by applying thereon the corresponding contact pressure to said centrifugal force.
