SOLUTION: The lamp with socket includes a metal band 7 installed at the outer face of a burner 1 supported by a metal support member 9 formed in a socket 8, and the burner 1 and the socket 8 are integrated. An oxidized layer is formed on the surface of the metal band 7, and its depth is 10 nm or more. Furthermore, an oxidized layer is formed also on the surface of the metal support member 9 and it is desirable that its depth is 15 nm or more.
