    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which has less base blushing while having a high thermal respondency, and is excellent in moisture- heat-resistant preservability and heat-resistant preservability of a colored image section. SOLUTION: For this heat-sensitive recording material, on a supporting body, a heat-sensitive recording layer is provided. In this case, the heat-sensitive recording layer contains a dye precursor and an electron-accepting compound. The dye precursor is electron-donative, and normally colorless or slightly tinted. The electron-accepting compound reacts when being heated, and makes the dye precursor develop a color. In the heat-sensitive recording layer, an alkyl benzene sulfonate derivative, and/or an alkyl sulfonate derivative is included by 0.5 to 10 mass% of the total solid portion.

SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive recording material comprising a thermosensitive recording layer containing an electron donative normally colorless or pale dye precursor and an electron acceptive compound for color developing the precursor by reacting at a heating time, as the electron acceptive compound, at least one type of a benzene sulfonamide derivative of the formula 1 is contained, and a triphenylmethane derivative of the formula 2 is contained. As the benzene sulfonamide derivative, an N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-p- toluenesulfoneamide or an N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzenesulfonamide is used. In the formula 1, a compound in which R6 to R10 are each hydrogen is used.
