    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable VSWR characteristics in a use frequency range, and maintain dimensional accuracy of respective parts.
    SOLUTION: This pillbox vacuum window comprises a disk-shaped ceramic 1, a metallized layer 2, a metal part 3, and a metal part 4. The disk-shaped ceramic 1 is arranged in a center of the pillbox vacuum window, and the metallized layer 2 is formed in an outer peripheral part. The metal part 3 includes a large diameter cylinder part 3a having an inner diameter approximately equal to an outer diameter of the disk-shaped ceramic 1, and a small diameter cylinder part 3b having a smaller inner diameter than that of the large diameter cylinder part 3a, and connected to the larger diameter cylinder part 3a to form a step part 3c on a connection part. The disk-shaped ceramic 1 is mounted on the step part 3c. The metal part 4 includes a cylindrical part 4a having an outer diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the disk-shaped ceramic 1. The cylinder part 4a is engaged with the step part 3c of the disk-shaped ceramic 1 with the disk-shaped ceramic 1 mounted on the step part 3c of the metal part 3.
