    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable characteristic impedance to be easily adjusted by an external coaxial inner conductor.
    SOLUTION: There are provided: a waveguide 6 for outputting a high frequency; a vacuum enclosure 7 provided with a delay circuit 8; a connecting pipe 7b connecting the waveguide 6 and the vacuum enclosure 7; an insulating window member 9 provided at the connecting pipe 7b for air-tightly sealing a side of the vacuum enclosure 7 and a side of the waveguide 6; an external coaxial inner conductor 11 whose one end is supported by the waveguide 6; and an internal coaxial inner conductor 12 whose one end is abutted to the delay circuit 8 and the other end of which is connected to the external coaxial inner conductor 11. The waveguide 6 then comprises a screw 13 supporting the external coaxial inner conductor 11 movably in an axial direction. Furthermore, a terminal portion 11a of the external coaxial inner conductor 11 is connected with a terminal portion of the internal coaxial inner conductor 12 movably in the axial direction.
