    摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket number issuing terminal which identifies users who calls a call center and his or her situation, and a method and programs thereof.
    SOLUTION: A system includes a terminal 10 which is supported by a call center and a ticket number issuing server 100 which is connected to the terminal 10 so as to communicate with it. On receipt of user operation whether an inquiry is required or not through the terminal 10, the terminal 10 accesses the ticket number issuing server 100. The ticket number issuing server 100 performs user authentication for the terminal 10, and then issues a specified number corresponding to access from the terminal 10. In addition, the ticket number issuing server 100 stores the authenticated user and the specified number in association with each other, and transmits the specified number to the terminal 10 as a first ticket number. The terminal 10 receives the first ticket number and outputs it.
