摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device which can be mixedly mounted and has no demerit by monitoring separation state of the sheet in real time and feedback controlling.
SOLUTION: The sheet feeding device is provided with a pick roller at a hopper end part with loaded sheets. The sheet loaded on the hopper is picked up from the top and transferred in the device. The sheet is fed in the device one by one by a separator roller and a brake roller provided on a separation part. The brake roller is equipped with a device detecting the rotation. The separation part is equipped with a device detecting the paper speed. The force acting on the paper separation is optimally controlled by determining an entrance state of the paper entering the separator roller based on the presence of the paper at the separation part determined from the paper speed at the separation part, and whether the brake roller is rotating or not.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device detecting jamming of a sheet early to reduce damage even if difference in sheet movement amount occurs. SOLUTION: A picking roller is disposed to a hopper end part on which sheets are loaded, the sheet loaded on the hopper is picked up and carried in a device, and the sheets are fed into the device one by one by means of a separator roller and a brake roller disposed to a separation part. In a sheet carrying passage, a means for measuring an actual sheet movement amount is disposed on an upstream end side of a range where the jamming of the sheet paper should be detected. A sheet passage detection means detecting the arrival of the sheet is disposed on a downstream end side of the jamming detection range. With respect to the distance of the jamming detection range, the jamming is detected by using the measured actual sheet movement amount and information on presence/absence of the sheet by the sheet passage detection means. 摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device for accurately detecting the corner fold and detecting jamming caused by a staple, even if sheets of different size and difference thickness are mixed and loaded. SOLUTION: A pick roller is disposed to a hopper end part on which sheets are loaded, the sheet loaded on the hopper is picked up and carried into a device, and the sheets are fed into the device one by one by means of a separator roller and a brake roller disposed to a separation part. At least three sheet passage detection means are disposed downstream of the separation part in parallel with each other, and a plurality of screw angles for a plurality of detection intervals are acquired. The skew angle is acquired from a passage time difference of a leading edge of the sheet in the detection interval between the two sheet passage detection means, and the arrangement dimension of the sheet passage detection means. When angular difference among the acquired plurality of leading edge skew angles exceeds a rated value, the jamming is determined. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader that can read an image with high accuracy and high quality. SOLUTION: In the image reader that is configured such that an optical unit at least provided with a long sized light source emitting a light onto a medium on an original platen made of a clear and colorless material, a lens collecting a reflected light from the medium, and a charge coupled device that receives the light transmitted through the lens and transmits a signal to a computer is moved along a surface of the medium relatively to the medium in a direction in crossing with the length direction of the light source so as to read the image of the medium, two reflecting mirrors the inner face of the lateral cross-section of which is concaved are placed independently in the vicinity of the light source in parallel with the length direction of the light source at both sides of a read optical axis in a way that the inner faces face the light source so as to collectively reflect the light emitted from the light source to a read face of the medium.
