The joint 3 comprises a spiral protrusive streak 10 which applies a turning force to the rainwater.

SOLUTION: The heat insulating material for piping comprises a resin foam layer 2, a gas layer 4 and a reflecting material layer 3, wherein the gas layer 4 is formed between the resin foam layer 2 and the reflecting material layer 3. When the heat insulating material for piping is used as a heat insulating material for covering the piping, heat insulating performance can be imparted without carrying out a process for sealing or the like in a vacuum state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption panel which is easily mountable, and exerts high sound absorbing effect in a low-frequency band. SOLUTION: The sound absorption panel is formed of a box-shaped panel (4) consisting of a front surface member (1) facing a sound source, a rear surface member (2) opposed to the same, and a side frame member (3) arranged between edges of the front and rear surface members, and glass wool (5) packed in the box as a sound absorption material. The front surface member forming the box-shaped panel is a plate preferably having an area density of 0.2 to 4 kg/m 2 , or a flexural rigidity of 5×10 -3 to 100 Nm, and an area of 0.5 to 5 m 2 . The sound absorption material packed in the box-shaped panel is preferably formed of a fibrous sound absorption material such as the glass wool and rock wool, or a foam formed of polyethylene or polypropylene. SOLUTION: The soundproof equipment is constituted by pasting a laminated body (3) consisting of a vibration damping sheet (1) and a sheet-shaped restraining member (2) which is pasted to one side of the sheet (1) and whose longitudinal elastic coefficient is ≥1GPa to the whole outer surface of the disposer side of a sink (4) on the side of the sheet (1). Since only the soundproof material is pasted at least to the outer surface of the disposer side of the sink, the construction property at the site is improved and the construction expenses are reduced.
