摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing implement of a cover member capable of using the implement for opening and closing the heavy cover member such as a manhole cover or the like from an opening section and lightening the burden imposed on a worker. SOLUTION: The opening and closing implement 1 of the cover member comprises a base 2, a lifting and lowering holder 3 supported on the base in a movable manner in the vertical direction, a cover opening and closing hook member 4 engaged with the lifting and lowering holder and, at the same time, engaged with the cover member and an elastic means 5 provided between the base and the lifting and lowering holder and always energizing the lifting and lowering holder in the upward direction.
