    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide joint structure for lining pieces improving workability and rigidity without excessively increasing the number of bolts by heightening the rigidity of parts in need of strength, particularly parts in need of tensile strength without uniformly heightening the strength of joint parts for the lining pieces constituting the external wall of an underground space of large cross section. SOLUTION: A plurality of rectangular tunnel lining 12a-12f formed by jointing a plurality of lining pieces by joint parts 34, 36 between the lining pieces, are connected to one another to form the external wall 14 of a rectangular underground space 10 of large cross section. In this case, the joint parts 34 between the lining pieces of the respective lining 12a-12f positioned on the outer surface side of corner parts 30 and the inner surface side of center parts of the respective sides of the external wall 14 of the underground space 10 are formed in structure higher in rigidity than the joint parts 36 between the other covering pieces.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength by providing an H-shaped member which is attached to an end part joint part of a segment and with which flange faces come in contact mutually and connection bolt which passes through flanges of the H shaped member and tightens them mutually in a joint part. SOLUTION: H-shaped members 2a, 2b are attested to end parts of adjacent segments 1a, 1b, respectively, and the H-shaped members 2a, 2b are attached in such a manner that flanges 3, 3 come in contact with flange outer faces mutually adjacent H-shaped members. The H-shaped members 2a, 2b are provided with a hole through which four flanges pass and many bolts 4 which pass through this hole and bind the H-shaped members. For this reason, this joint structure is a simple structure and becomes a powerful joint for pulling and bending. As the H-shaped member, H-shape steel which is a standardized product may be used, or a plate and a member having T-character cross section may be used in accordance with the strength of a joint. Consequently, it is possible to improve the strength and correspond to severe conditions by providing the joint of the segment and a structure which uses the H-shaped member.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a female joint bottom part difficult to open to the outside even in the case where tension or bending moment is applied from a main girder or the like to a joint by providing an opening stop part restraining a female joint to a male joint. SOLUTION: An opening stop part 11 restraining a female joint 2 to a male joint 1 is provided in the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the male joint 1 in a fitting joint. When a joint J receives tension from main girders 21, 21' on the shape of the opening stop part 11, it is not limited particularly if it has a function in which the bottom part of the female joint 2 is suppressed from being opened to the outside. When tensile force or bending moment is applied to the joint, the size of the opening stop part 11 is determined so as to resist stress applied to the direction in which the bottom part of the female joint 2 is opened to the outside. Thereby the yield load and allowable load of the joint can be remarkably improved, and very quick and high safety work can be performed in architectonic and civil engineering fields.

A steel plate 21 fixed onto the concrete subgrade 30a by an anchor 22 is projected horizontally towards the top face of the crushed-stone subgrade 10. Asphalt 11 is laid integrally on the top face of the subgrade.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability by surrounding a pile by an external pipe connecting to a girder and fastening true external pipe and the pile with bolts and further, filling mortar or the like between the external pipe and the pile. SOLUTION: A joined structure is constituted of a girder 1 and an external pipe 2, a pile 3, bolts 4, mortar or concrete 5. On constructing a structure, the pile 3 is surrounded by the external pipe 2 connected to the girder 1 and both are bolted together and mortar is filled between the pile 3 and the external pipe 2. In this time, the ground is excavated minimally, if required, after the pile head has been cut off, and after bolt holes have been bored in the external pipe 2 and the pile 3, the external pipe is put on and the bolts are fastened and mortar is placed. In this way, the pile and the girder 1 can be connected with ease relatively. And hence, welding at site or construction of a concrete frame body which are required in conventional cases can be omitted and the excavating volume below the cutting face of the pile head can be niminized and the construction cost and period can be reduced. And further, even if there is a little eccentric deviation in the driving pile, it can be absorbed. And the strength in the joined part can be increased and scattering of the quality can be lessened.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability, by laying floor slabs on a foundation beam provided horizontally or diagonally downward at every distance in the construction direction of the road on a slope, through girders. SOLUTION: Holes 6 extending horizontally or diagonally downward are bored on a slope 1 of a valley side and after a foundation beam 2 such as a wide flange-shaped steel has been inserted in the inside, a grouting material is poured therein. Then, the foundation beam works are executed at a plurality of positions separated from each other in the construction direction of the road to connect these foundation beams 2 with girders 3. And receiving frame structures 8 are installed when necessary. Then, floor slabs 4 are put on the girders 3 and paving materials 5 are put thereon. In this way, a foundation beam which is more compact than conventional piles can be obtained and a work in a mountainous area can be efficiently executed. And the construction cost, the material cost, the construction period, etc., can be reduced and further, since works on an existing road can be reduced when the width of the road is widened, the regulating period of traffic can be shortened.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for pier reinforcement and shorten the term of works by using an exclusive machine having a magnet on a steel plate installing hand on the tip of an arm provided on a self-traveling type base machine, holding up a lining steel pipe, moving it to a pier position, and installing the steel pipe to the pier circumference. SOLUTION: A pier reinforcement exclusive machine 10 has a steel pipe installing hand 13 rotatably provided on the tip of an arm 12 provided on a self-traveling type base machine 11. The hand 13 has a lateral pair of holders 14 having magnets 15 on both ends, the hand 13 moves the magnets 15 by expansion/contraction and opening/closing of the holders 14, a pier lining halved steel pipe 1 is attracted by ON of the magnets 15 and released by OFF thereof. A plurality of exclusive machines 10 are used to install halved steel pipes 1 to the circumference of a pier, the bonding edge parts of a pair of halved steel pipes 1 are bonded together by use of a lifter, a filler is injected to the clearance between the pier circumference and the halved steel pipe 1, whereby the reinforcement is completed. Thus, the pier can be reinforced without using a scaffold, and the cost and term of works can be reduced.
