    摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel anti-tachyarrhythmia formulation and a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: A method of preparing an anti-tachyarrhythmia Corydalis tuber extract comprises: performing extraction from Corydalis tuber crude powder of 100 parts by weight 1-3 times with 60-80% ethanol of 600-1000 parts by volume, combining the filtrate, and concentrating it under reduced pressure into a fluid extract of a relative density of 0.2-0.5 g/mL; and taking a processed D101 resin and the prepared fluid extract to load them into a column with a flow rate of 0.2-0.5 mL/min, removing impurities by using deionized water with a flow rate of 0.2-0.5 mL/min, performing elution with 60-90% ethanol, recovering ethanol with a flow rate of 0.4-0.8 mL/min, and performing concentration to obtain a dry Corydalis tuber extract. Conventional pharmaceutic aids are added to the extract according to a conventional method to prepare clinically acceptable pills, capsules, granules, tablets, oral liquids or injections. The extract has a remarkable anti-tachyarrhythmia effect.
