    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying device capable of facilitating automation of a priming process using a dialysate as a priming liquid, performing the priming process in a short period of time, and reliably cleaning a blood purifying membrane; and to provide a priming method for the blood purifying device.SOLUTION: A blood purifying device includes: a dialyzer 3 in which a blood passage α where blood of a patient flows and a dialysate passage β where a dialysate flows are formed via a hollow fiber membrane M for purifying the blood; and a dialysate introduction line L1 and a dialysate discharge line L2, connected to the inlet and the outlet of the dialysate passage α in the dialyzer 3, wherein distal ends of an arterial blood circuit 1 and a venous blood circuit 2 can be connected during priming prior to treatment. The blood purifying device further includes a control means 11 for performing during priming, positive filtration process of filtering the dialysate from the blood passage α to the dialysate passage β via the hollow fiber membrane M in the dialyzer 3.
