PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor delivery system for carrying a work product to a plurality of different positions after reception by receiving the work product. SOLUTION: This conveyor delivery system 100 includes a first conveyor module 103 for receiving the delivering work product, and having a slender pan part 105. The outlet end of a first conveyor pan part 105 is positioned on the proximal end of a conveyor pan part 107 of a second conveyor module 109, and determines a delivery void 111 between the two conveyor pan parts in the height above the proximal end. A second conveyor 109 can operate to move the work product to both downstream and upstream sides along the second conveyor pan part 107, and the work product is thereby discharged from the distal end or the proximal end of the second conveyor pan part. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a lower belt from being damaged and to aim at reducing the replacement frequency of the skirt liner of a relay chute, by providing a ceramic skirt liner having its front end formed with a curved surface, in the lower section of the relay chute. CONSTITUTION:An alumina skirt liner 9 having its one end formed with a curved surface is attached to the inner surface of lower section of a relay chute 8 which is disposed between an upper conveyor 4 and a lower conveyor 6. With this arrangement, since the contact part of the skirt liner 9 with respect to the conveyor 6 is a curved surface part, and is made of alumina which is the material excellent in wear-resistance, it is possible to prevent the belt conveyor 6 from being damaged, and to prolong the life of the skirt liner 9.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive to unnecessitate a sorting operation, to prevent scattering and to automatize, by a method wherein a guide frame is momentarily formed between a chute and an opening of a bucket at the time of throwing in a mail, and a bucket conveyor is stopped when an excess throwing-in is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a sensor 8 confirms that the bucket 1a has reached a throwing-in positon of a mail, an air cylinder 9 is driven to lower a guide plate 6, thereby forming the guide frame at the opening of the bucket 1a by a guide plate 6, both side plates 4 and a skirt 5. Then, the belt conveyor 2 guidingly supply the mail for a predetermined period of time at predetermined timings, thereafter the cylinder 9 lifts up the guide plate 6, and the conveyor 1 is forwardly moved by a distance equal to the sum of the length of the bucket 1a and the spacing between the buckets 1a, resulting in a stand-by condition for receiving the next mail. An excess throwing-in is detected by a sensor 7, and the conveyor 1 is stopped. Accordingly, it can be contrived to unnecessitate a sorting operation, to prevent scattering and to automatize the throwing-in operation.

PURPOSE:To ensure the accurate division of flow through a chute provided with a passage whose lower part is ramified in two directions, by using an upper reflector to roughly shift and rectify the flow and by using a lower reflector to finely adjust the division of the flow. CONSTITUTION:When a handled material 13 such as coal on a conveyor belt 1 is to be guided to a branch passage 8 and transferred onto another conveyor belt 4, an upper reflector 6 is swung leftward and held and a lower reflector 7 is turned clockwise to shut another branch passage 9. At that time, a material portion flowing in the direction of an arrow C is received by the lower reflector 7 and moves onto the belt 4. When the upper reflector 6 is thereafter turned to be inclined down rightward and the lower reflector 7 is then pushed on the upper reflector, the handled material 13 moves onto the belt 1. When the reflectors 6, 7 are held for partial flow division to both the branch passages 8, 9, the material moves onto the belts 1, 4 so that the material is conveyed to different destinations.

다단계 화물 분류 시스템 및 이를 이용한 화물 분류방법이 개시된다. 일 실시 예에 따른 화물 분류 시스템은, 화물을 1차 분류하는 1차 소터와, 1차 소터로부터 배출되는 화물을 전달받아 2차 분류한 후 다수의 구분 구 중에서 화물이 최종 적재될 목적지 구분 구로 화물을 배출시키는 2차 소터와, 1차 소터 및 2차 소터 사이에 위치하여 1차 소터로부터 전달받은 적어도 하나의 화물을 적재시키고 있다가 순서대로 하나씩 2차 소터에 화물을 전달하는 버퍼를 포함한다.
