摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated in a sheet feeding device such as an automatic document feeder.SOLUTION: While a document can be fed, a bridge 76 connecting a pair of spring arms 75A and a movable member 73 displaceable relative to a separation roller 71 are slidably in contact with each other. Thereby, when one of the movable member 73, the separator pad 72, and the spring arms 75A vibrates, the bridge 76 and the movable member 73 are in slide contact with each other, and the vibration can be attenuated. Accordingly, noise produced in an automatic document feeding mechanism 7 may be reduced.

SOLUTION: This device 100 for selectively transporting a printed body 1 includes: friction wheels 40, 42; a housing 20; housing walls 21, 22; a cam disk 30; a driving device 34 for it; a control part 70 for it; and driven transport rolls 50, 52. The friction wheels 40, 42 are rotatably supported on the end parts of an elastic plate 10, and the elastic plate 10 is fitted to the housings 20, 21, 22 and the cam disk 30 so that the elastic plate 10 can be to a first active bending state and a second passive bent state by the cam disk 30. In the active bending state, at least one of the friction wheels 40, 42 has acting relationship to the transport rolls 50, 52, and in the passive bent state, it has no acting relationship thereto.
