Abstract:
The machine comprises at least a delivery line (15,16) for alternately feeding a first and a second rotating drums with magazines (13) in which the bundles of notes are piled, each said magazines (13) having movable bottoms (18) through a ring (17). The machine comprises an additional actuating mechanism (20,21,22) which is set to carry out an independent displacement of individual bottoms of each magazine of each drum, such that the position of the bottom of each magazine can be individually set independently of the ring.
Abstract:
There is described a method for processing bundles ( 5 ) of securities, in particular banknote bundles, during production thereof, the method comprising the steps of (a) processing stacks of sheets ( SS ), each carrying an array of multiple security prints arranged in a matrix of rows and columns, into successive sets ( 2 ) of consecutive bundles ( 5 ) of securities arranged side-by-side, (b) forming at least one intermediate pile ( 8 ; 8* ) of consecutive bundles ( 5 ) by placing the consecutive bundles ( 5 ) of a set ( 2 ) one on top of the other, and (c) successively ejecting bundles ( 5 ) one-by-one from a bottom of the said at least one intermediate pile ( 8 ; 8* ) and conveying each ejected bundle ( 5 ) with a determined spacing from a preceding and/or following ejected bundle ( 5 ). There is also described a bundle processing system to carry out the above method.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device for maintaining an order of a printed product by achieving basically high shock absorbing action when inconvenience occurs. SOLUTION: At least one second staying carrying section (12) is arranged, and the printed product (5) is carried up to an outlet (8) from an inlet (7) by the staying carrying section. The inlet (7) has a supply device (9), and the printed product (5) is selectively supplied to a first staying carrying section (11) or the second staying carrying section (12) by the supply device. The outlet (8) has a discharge device (10), and the printed product (5) can be selectively taken out of the first staying carrying section (11) or the second staying carrying section (12) by the discharge device. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack forming device for stacking a sheet-like product at small cost in a small required space. SOLUTION: This stack forming device is constituted so that a paper product 12 is supplied to a transfer area 32 by a feeding conveyor 28. This device has a plurality of placing tables 42 having respectively a placing surface 40 for a stack 10 of the supplied product. The placing tables 42 move along a circulating passage-like table circulating passage 68, and have flexibility in partial segment. Thus, the placing tables 42 can be adapted to a shape of curved parts 99, 102, 116 and 130 of the table circulating passage 68 in the partial segment and a small area, and can be guided in the curved parts 99, 102, 116 and 130 from its front side 94. The stack 10 of the paper product 12 is carried away from a sending-out area 46 by a taking-out conveyor 48. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
